Made-to-order items

Our graphic tees are produced specifically for each order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect size selection, or a color preference. Please review the product details and size guide before purchasing.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us through our contact page within 30 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and issue. Do not send an item back unless we provide return instructions.

After verification, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional product cost. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 business days to post the credit.

Cancellations and changes

Orders are sent to production quickly. We cannot guarantee cancellations, size changes, color changes, or address changes after an order is placed. Contact us immediately if you notice an error and we will check whether production has started.
